Al-Rihan Neighborhood in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate

Al Rihan is a typical residential neighborhood of Palestine, an extension of the city of Ramallah and close to it, and includes various commercial facilities, health, education and social services. The neighborhood was developed according to the highest standards in terms of design and infrastructure, which contributed to attracting not only citizens but also a range of investments such as the Arab Advisory Hospital, the Palestine Mall and Jawwal employees’ savings fund housing. The investment volume of the project reached 150 million dollars and the project contributed to the development of sectors such as construction, contracting and other sectors. A number of Palestinian companies benefited from the project and provided thousands of jobs for employees and workers.

Al Jinan Neighborhood in the Jenin District

The residential neighborhood of Al Jinan, a residential complex, occupies an area of 77 dunums in the center of Jenin. The suburb of Al Jinan has 54 villas, 3 residential buildings with 28 apartments, and a shopping mall to serve the area, and a green area in the middle of the neighborhood. It is a project with an investment volume of $ 6.4 million and has been fully sold.


The Irsal Center, Including Ammar Tower, Located in Al Bireh

The center is located in the heart of Ramallah and Al Bireh, it is an investment project of $ 67 million dollars in the first phase and will feature 11 commercial towers that are multi-purpose and equipped with modern infrastructure in an accessible location. Two towers have been completed: Ammar Tower; a building of thirteen floors and a subsidiary of the Palestinian Investment Fund, in addition to the tower of the Union of Contractors Company where the company’s office is located. It is currently under construction by other developers of two new towers for multiple uses which will join “Irsal Center”.

This 4 star hotel has 208 rooms in the heart of Al Sheikh Jarrah in Jerusalem, with an investment volume of $ 41 million.


Jerusalem Commercial Center

It is the first mixed-use mall in the heart of the city of Jerusalem. The project consists of 13 floors, including shops and a hotel consisting of 70 rooms along with restaurants and underground parking with easy access to the old town. The size of investment of this project is about 50 million dollars

Beit Hanina Hills

Residential project located in Beit Hanina, the project consists of two residential towers and underground floors for parking. The total residential area is about 12,048 square meters distributed over 56 apartments, and investment size about 17 million dollars.
